UK Workshop

The MLR UK workshop is a specialist Land Rover Defender garage based near Ivybridge, Devon. 

We specialise in bespoke Land Rover Defender Restoration – but thanks to our new workshop facility and wonderful team of expert Land Rover mechanics, we now offer a full range of workshop services including; routine servicing, fault diagnostics, Tuning Powered by Alive Tuning, general maintenance and repairs services, welding, galvanised chassis swaps, accessory installation, vehicles upgrades, paint and body repairs.

All Land Rovers are welcome – We don’t just love Defenders, if you need help with you Land Rover Discovery,  Range Rover, Range Rover Sport or Freelander we are here to help

Moorland Rovers, Great in so many ways

We started using Moorland Rovers around 3 months ago. During that time they have replaced suspension struts on my wifes Freelander, replaced the head gasket on my Discovery 2 TD5 including skim and pressure test plus some other jobs, and we are just booking my Discovery 4 in for a new alternator and inspection for an oil leak. All of the guys at Moorland are friendly, a great bunch, knowledgeable on all Landrover Models from old to new and they go out of their way to help and support you. Nothing is too big or small a job for them to take on, or even just give advice on. Happy to recommend and endorse as well as continue to use for our three Landrovers.

Well organised and professional

Brad runs a very organised and professional workshop, work was assessed for my Defender 90 in a timely manner and booked in. Throughout the work I was kept updated & the workshop even replaced a copper brake line that they spotted and opted to replace as they were concerned it was unsafe. I will be booking in again later in the year for some additional work. Good effort guys keep it up. Nice to feel your pride & joy is in the right hands.

Five stars to Brad and the team at…

Five stars to Brad and the team at Moorland Rovers! Brad found a Defender 90 300tdi for me, rebuilt it from a hard top to soft top, new canvas, roll cage, military half doors, bigger tyres, partial repaint. Looks and drives absolutely top notch, could not be more happy with it. Thanks Brad, and team. Rod

Highly recommend for LandRover owners.

I would definitely recommend the team at moorland rovers, Brad always looks after his customers. They have done a Great job on my P38 Range Rover, Would definitely Use them again.

Excellent professional service

I took my car to Moorland Rovers to be serviced and was really delighted with the outcome. The staff were all both friendly and professional.I was well informed about what needed doing and it was carried out very effectively in a relatively short space of time. I can definitely recommend this Garage without any reservations and will certainly be going back.
