Mid Devon Show 2025 – What a Day!
The Mid Devon Show was an absolute highlight in our summer calendar – and what a fantastic day it turned out to be!
Despite a light sprinkle of showers in the morning, the skies soon cleared and by the afternoon it was a real scorcher. The showground was buzzing, with thousands of visitors streaming in to enjoy everything the event had to offer – from the livestock and arena events to the brilliant array of local businesses and crafts.
Our stand was packed throughout the day, with so many of you stopping by to say hello, admire Limelight, meet Vesper and chat all things Land Rover. It was great to meet so many fellow enthusiasts who share our love of these iconic trucks. We also had lots of people book in for vehicle inspections and services too.
One of the most exciting parts of the day was talking to people about restoration projects that they are keen for us to give them a hand with. We can’t wait to get started on some of the amazing trucks you told us about – including a vintage Series 3 that’s been left in a barn for nearly 22 years and is finally getting the attention it deserves.
Of course, it wasn’t just the Defenders that caught attention – our exclusive collaboration bags with Poli & Jo were a huge hit and many of you took to chance to buy one of the totes at the show price. Each bag is completely unique, handcrafted using Defender soft-top canvas and bridle leather, and built to last a lifetime. Even more of you also fell in love with our handmade Jerry Can Mini Bars – the perfect blend of rugged and stylish. We knew they were good, but the response was incredible.
If you didn’t manage to pick one up at the show, don’t worry – you can still purchase them and many other bespoke and beautiful items from our online store 👉 https://moorlandrovers.myshopify.com
Thank you to everyone who came to see us, chat Defenders, and share your projects. The Mid Devon Show reminded us why we love what we do – it’s all about the passion, the people, and of course, the Land Rovers.
Here’s to the next adventure – see you on the road (or off it)!
